The bill
F2 is the counter. Pakka is a GST invoice. Kacha is an estimate. Cash and card or UPI post to cash or bank. Credit needs a customer. One bill uses one payment mode.
BillEase is for a shop, a pharmacy, a restaurant, a hotel, a wholesaler or a service counter. You pick the business when you register. GST, stock and accounts stay on the same engine.
List ₹7,999.00. Offer ₹4,999.00 before GST (₹5,898.82 payable) for one user, one year. Extra users and WAN are priced separately.

The offer is only on the single-counter licence. Backup and restore stay off until a licence file is loaded.
One PC. One user. One year. GST on the offer makes ₹5,898.82 payable.
Ten days of billing, purchase and accounts on that computer. Deleting the database does not start the trial again. Backup, restore and automatic backup do nothing until you load a licence.
How the licence worksYou do not keep a separate stock book and a separate cash book. Saving the bill writes the stock movement and the accounts entry. The GST tables are prepared from those same pakka bills.
F2 is the counter. Pakka is a GST invoice. Kacha is an estimate. Cash and card or UPI post to cash or bank. Credit needs a customer. One bill uses one payment mode.
Quantity is rebuilt from purchases, sales, returns, adjustments and transfers. The batch offered first is the one that expires first, when the shop tracks expiry. A quotation does not reduce stock.
The bill posts by itself. An expense such as rent or salary is a payment voucher, not a second kind of bill. Profit and loss is for the company that is open.
GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and the HSN summary are prepared from pakka bills. BillEase does not log in to the GST portal and does not file the return. Kacha bills are left out.
The screens themselves, with a line on each one, are on the product page. The steps are in the guide.
Each line is the order the program follows. A box is a step. The arrow is the next step, not a second product.
A kacha estimate can be saved and printed. It is left out of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and the HSN summary.
A billing login does not open purchase. An accountant or an administrator does. Sale rate on the line cannot exceed MRP.
If there is not enough stock, the quotation stays open and no bill is saved. An expired quotation cannot be converted until the valid-until date is changed.
A dish does not deduct ingredients. Packaged goods on the order do leave stock. The kitchen display re-reads every 15 seconds. Charge to a room only if a guest is checked in.
BillEase does not open the router port and does not add the Windows firewall rule. Purchase, backup and company registration stay on the main PC. Sharing stops when the program on the main PC exits.
Searchers looking for billing software usually need a GST invoice, stock that matches the bill, and a book that still balances at night. BillEase is built for that counter. It is a Windows program from SSB Consultancy Pvt. Ltd.
Pakka bills carry CGST and SGST, or IGST when the customer is in another state. Kacha estimates stay out of the GST reports. GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B tables are prepared in the program. They are not uploaded to the portal by BillEase.
A medical store gets batch, expiry, schedule, doctor and patient. A kirana gets brand, pack and optional expiry. Both use the same sales screen, F2, and the same stock ledger.
A restaurant gets tables, kitchen tickets and a kitchen display. A hotel gets rooms, a folio and check-out to one GST invoice. Settling a table still creates an ordinary sales bill.

Registration list
The name is chosen when the company is registered. It selects the template and which extra screens start on. It does not install a second program. Billing, purchase, stock, accounts, GST, customers and reports stay on for every name below.

Kirana, supermarket, fruits, dairy, a retail bakery, meat, frozen food, sweets, beverages and a pantry use the grocery or pantry template: brand, pack, batch and expiry. Drug licence, schedule and doctor stay hidden. Stationery, books, gifts, toys, hardware, furniture, cosmetics, an optical shop, a pet store, agricultural supplies and other retail use the general-store template, so expiry may be left blank. Electronics and a mobile shop store a serial or batch and a warranty date. That date does not stop the sale.
The trial is 10 days on that computer. Backup and restore stay off until a licence is loaded. The business type is chosen inside the program, not by a different zip.
6 types
A retail pharmacy, a wholesale pharmacy and veterinary medicines use the pharmacy template. Composition, schedule and the drug licence show. Expiry is required. Schedule H1, X and narcotic lines ask for the doctor and the patient. Medical equipment, surgical supplies and health products are in this registration group and use the general-store template, so those pharmacy fields stay hidden.

Every name in this group uses the hotel template. Rooms, bookings, check-in, advances, folio charges and housekeeping are on, and the restaurant screens are on for room service. A new hotel starts with rates that exclude GST. Room-rent GST follows the nightly rate: nil up to ₹1,000, 5% up to ₹7,500, and 18% above that. Check-out makes one pakka bill.

6 types
Wholesaler, distributor, stockist, importer or exporter, institutional supplier and route sales all use the wholesale template. It is not posted into the ledger.

A shopping mall, department store, hypermarket, multi-brand family store and a shopping complex with one billing point use the mall template. Groceries, clothing, footwear, kitchenware and a food court sit in one company. Food can carry an expiry. Size and colour are stock rows. The restaurant module starts on for the food court. Department sales group the day by item category.

Repair, salon, spa, laundry, a vehicle workshop, equipment rental, a gym, printing, small manufacturing, a fuel station and a weighbridge use the service template. New items start as services, with no stock. Spare parts can still be stocked. The person on the bill is labelled technician. A new service company starts with rates that exclude GST.

Other software from the same company
SSB Consultancy also publishes these 13 products. Each card opens that product’s own page. BillEase does not read their data, and they are not switched on by a BillEase licence. A quote for one of them is asked on ssbconsultancy.com. That page says the quote applies 30% on the price.

BillEase is a Windows program for a shop in India. It prints the GST invoice, keeps batch stock, and posts double-entry books from the same entries. The person at the counter and the owner use one database. It is published by SSB Consultancy Pvt. Ltd., Ranchi.
No. A pharmacy is one business type. Kirana, electronics, stationery, clothing, restaurant, hotel, wholesale, repair and a mall use the same download. The business type, chosen at registration, changes labels and which extra screens appear. It does not install a second product.
No. There is one zip. Restaurant tables and a hotel folio are already in that program. They appear when that business type is chosen, or when the restaurant or hotel module is switched on in Settings. Paying for more users does not add a module the smaller licence cannot open.
No. BillEase runs on a Windows PC in the shop. It is not a phone app and it is not a website you log into to make bills. A second computer connects to the main PC. The bill is still stored on the main PC.
Windows 10 or Windows 11, 64-bit. Unzip BillEase-win-x64.zip and run BillEase.exe. The .NET runtime is inside the zip, so you do not install .NET separately.
Yes. Sales, purchase, stock and accounts on that PC do not need the internet. A second PC in the shop needs the main PC switched on and reachable on the shop network. A PC outside the shop needs a path across the internet. BillEase does not log in to the GST portal.
These six are the start. All 64 answers, including price, GST, stock, restaurant, hotel and a second PC, are on the FAQ page. The working steps are in the guide.
