BillEase is one Windows download. The price changes the licence: how many PCs may be signed in, and whether you are buying the shop-network price or the WAN price. Pharmacy, kirana, restaurant, hotel and wholesale are chosen inside the program. They are not separate downloads.

These five cards are the same program on the shop LAN. Search on the second PC finds the main PC only on that network. The Windows firewall on the main PC must allow the port. BillEase does not add that rule. The number of dots is the number of signed-in PCs the licence allows. The first dot is the user already included in the base price.

WAN, for a PC outside the shop
A computer at home or at another branch uses the same client. You forward the BillEase port on the shop router to the main PC, then type the public address. The program does not open that port. Search does not find the server over the internet. If the shop’s public address changes, the outside PC has to be updated by hand.

The edition name WAN is printed on the licence. The program enforces the user count, the machine id and the expiry. It does not unlock a hidden screen when the edition says WAN.
The same download on every card
Included
GST invoice and kacha estimate, purchase, batch stock, quotations, receipts, payments, journal, GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B tables, and the business type you pick at registration. Restaurant tables and a hotel folio are in the program when that business type, or its module, is on.
Not a separate price
Pharmacy, kirana, electronics, clothing, restaurant, hotel and wholesale are not add-on products. Paying more users does not add a module the smaller licence cannot open.
Trial, then the licence
The trial is 10 days. Backup and restore do not run in the trial. When it ends, only the licence screen opens until a file for that PC is loaded. The file is checked for signature, machine id, expiry and user count.

AMC, the next year’s licence
A licence expires on the date printed in the file. Renewal is 18% of the list price, before GST, then 18% GST on that renewal. Single counter’s offer of ₹4,999.00 is not the AMC base. The base is ₹7,999.00, so AMC before GST is ₹1,439.82 and payable AMC is ₹1,698.99. Extra users added at renewal are ₹2,500.00 each before GST, on top of that.

Can I add one user later?
Yes. An extra user is ₹2,950.00 payable. It is issued as a new licence file for the same machine, with the higher user count.
