Policies
These are the rules of this website and of the BillEase trial. They follow what the site and the Windows program actually do. A paid licence is arranged with the company. This page does not add a refund button the program does not have.
Who publishes this site

What the download form stores
The download form asks for name, email, phone and business type. Those four fields, the time, and the network address of the request are saved so the company can follow up and so the same network cannot submit the form more than five times in an hour. A hidden field that a person does not fill is used to drop automated submissions. The details are not sold as a list.
The download link that follows is a single-use token. It works for 30 minutes and then it is marked used. It is not a permanent public URL.
To ask about a row stored from that form, email info@ssbconsultancy.com from the address you typed, or call the number above. Say the name and phone on the form. The company can correct or delete that row. There is no self-service delete button on the public site.
The admin login
The admin pages are for SSB Consultancy staff. The first login can be created only from the computer that runs this site, and only while no admin exists. After sign-in, the browser keeps a cookie named billease_admin for eight hours. It is limited to this site, it is not readable by page scripts, and it is not used to track visitors of the public pages. Signing out deletes it. Five wrong passwords from one network lock sign-in for 15 minutes.
Public pages do not set a tracking cookie and do not run an advertising script.
The 10-day trial
Registration inside BillEase starts a 10-day trial on that computer. Closing the program does not start it again. Deleting the database does not start it again. If the clock is more than two hours earlier than the last time the program was used, the program stops until the date is corrected. During the trial you can bill, purchase and keep accounts. The trial allows 3 signed-in PCs. Backup, restore and automatic backup do not run until a licence file is loaded. When the ten days end, only the licence screen opens.
A paid licence
A licence is a signed file for the machine id shown on that computer’s licence screen. The program checks the signature, the machine id, the expiry date and the user count. A changed file is rejected. A file for another computer is rejected. After the expiry date, only the licence screen opens. A warning starts when 15 days or fewer remain. A file that expires sooner than the one already installed is rejected.
The edition name, such as Single counter or WAN, is printed on the licence screen. It does not hide menus. Restaurant and hotel screens follow the business type and the module switches in Settings.
Prices on the catalogue are before GST unless a line says payable. The only discount is the single-counter offer. Renewal is 18% of the list price, before GST, then 18% GST on that amount. This website does not take the payment. The company issues the file after the machine id is known.
There is no automatic refund inside the program. A question about a charge, a renewal, or a file that should be issued again is handled by email or phone with SSB Consultancy.
The green button opens WhatsApp to +91 82719 32791 with a short message already typed. You can edit that message before you send it. The conversation is then between you and that WhatsApp account. This website does not store the chat.
